Working hours can be organized flexibly and reduced so that they can look after their children or relatives who need caring for. We also help you find a childminder. In addition, we offer homework supervision and vacation programs for schoolchildren.

We also want to promote our employees' health. Apart from different annual health campaigns, you can take part in our sport groups and visit a fitness or yoga studio at reduced rates.

And if you wish to pursue other personal wishes temporarily, we give you the chance to do so:  As part of a sabbatical program, you can build up an entitlement to leave and take a timeout from work.
