In accordance with chapter VIII of Commission regulation (EU) 2017/460 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas (subsequent: NC TAR) in connection with the decree BK 9-17/609 of the Bundesnetzagentur (INKA), there is a need to publish several information by the Transmission System Operators.
OPAL Gastransport has bundled this information in a convenient way in this section. The validity of individual contracts as well as of the current GTC and STC is not affected by this publication.
